Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Returned products are inspected before a refund is approved.
Crossleathers does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Approved refunds are processed within up to 12 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
Direct exchanges are not offered.
For customer-remorse or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If Crossleathers sends the wrong product or an eligible product arrives damaged or defective due to our error, Crossleathers will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

If an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
